Before You Book
Quote window
All quotes are valid for 10 business days from the date sent. After that, pricing may change.
Deposit & itinerary
A 50% deposit is required to hold your date. Your full itinerary and vendor details are shared once your deposit is received. Express packages require 100% upfront.
Final payment
Remaining 50% balance is due at the end of your celebration. Bespoke packages may include a mid-planning milestone payment — we'll confirm the schedule upfront.
Cancellation policy
Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of your event. Cancellations made more than 30 days out are eligible for a 50% deposit refund.
Third-party costs
All third-party expenses — meals, tickets, reservations, rentals, etc. — are itemized and included in your quote. A planning fee applies to all packages.
