Tell us about it — we'll recommend the right fit →Quotes are valid for 10 business days. A 50% deposit is required to hold your date — itinerary and vendor details are shared upon receipt. Remaining balance is due at the end of your event. Deposits are non-refundable within 30 days of the event; 50% is refunded for cancellations made more than 30 days out. All third-party costs are included in your quote. A planning fee applies to all packages.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 50% deposit is required to hold your date. Your itinerary and vendor details are shared once your deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at the end of your event. Express packages require 100% upfront.
How far in advance should I book?
For corporate events, we recommend 3–6 months. For bachelorette parties and group trips, 6–8 weeks is typically sufficient, though peak season (Oct–May) fills quickly.
Do you travel outside of Scottsdale?
Primarily, we serve the greater Scottsdale and Phoenix Metro area. Destination events are available on a Bespoke basis — reach out to discuss.
Can I mix services across a weekend?
Absolutely. We frequently plan multi-day experiences that combine bachelorette itineraries with group dinners, spa days, and activities across the Scottsdale area.
